When is ‘Smile 3’ coming out in cinemas?

With Parker Finn returning as the director, Smile 2 stars new protagonist Skye Riley (Naomi Scott), a pop star sensation who begins to experience a series of disturbing events.Other cast members include Rosemarie DeWitt, Kyle Gallner, Lukas Gage, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Peter Jacobson, Raúl Castillo, Dylan Gelula, and Ray Nicholson.Paramount has not officially announced whether a sequel to Smile 2 is on the cards, although any future instalment will likely depend on Smile 2’s box office performance.As reported by Deadline, the film is tracking for a “high teens” opening at the box office, which is lower than the original Smile.
The sequel, however, has a budget of $28 million, so it’s very likely it’ll soar past that figure over the Halloween season.The director behind both Smile films, Parker Finn, has teased a potential third film.
Speaking to Screen Rant, Finn said: “I do think that there are so many exciting places that Smile could go. For me, it’s still always about wanting to do something thematically rich that’s centred on character stories.“I love where this film goes, and right now I’m excited for audiences to see Smile 2.
