It's not long until Manchester United start their FA Cup defence with the draw for the third round of the 2024/25 competition is set to take place on Monday evening.
All 20 Premier League teams, including United and Manchester City and the 24 Championship sides will enter the tournament, joining the remaining 20 clubs who triumph in their second round ties over the weekend.
United will be looking to retain the trophy under new manager Ruben Amorim. The lowest-ranked teams still in the competition are Gainsborough Trinity, Harborough Town and Kettering Town from the seventh tier, all hoping for a high-profile tie if they win their second round matches.
