Manchester Life, the council's joint venture with the Abu Dhabi United Group (ADUG), says the eight-storey building will replace an industrial estate on Poland Street next to Ancoats Green, a small but popular green space.
Mobility Hubs have become increasingly popular in European and US cities in recent years. The Hubs are usually a piece of infrastructure that integrates both public and private transport to discourage the use of private cars.
