They say there's no such thing as bad PR and Aberdeen chairman Dave Cormack has certainly got people talking. Following defeat to Dundee at the weekend the Pittodrie chief appeared on BBC Sportsound to launch a vigorous defence of manager Stephen Glass.

In a spiky exchange with host Kenny McIntyre the Aberdeen supremo threatened to hang up, laid out the "facts and data" and insisted fans and media had hailed the appointment at the time.

The exchange set social media ablaze, with fans left stunned as Cormack defended his manager in the most strident terms.While it was an unusual exchange, it's by no means the only time the man at the top has gone to war with all and sundry.Here are five of the best ever blasts from club chiefs.
