The Bank of England (BoE) will announce a potential change to the Base rate later today (March 21). The latest figures, which will be taken into consideration in today's Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting, shows that inflation dropped a little faster than expected in February.
Overall, it hit 3.4 per cent - its lowest level for two and a half years. For the Bank, this is good news and may consider a shift on the committee to begin dropping rates.
