The Great British Bake Off final is here. The nation has been gripped to their TV screens every Tuesday night for 10 weeks to watch amateur bakers battle it out to be crowned this year's winner.While the tent started out with 12 bakers, there's now just three.The final tonight sees Peter Sawkins, Dave Friday, and Laura Adlington left to impress judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood.There can only be one winner - but what do they get for coming first in the baking competition?While bakers put themselves through the heat, sweat and tears of the tent, as well as all the baking they do to practice, you'd think they'd get a huge cash sum as the icing on the cake.Unfortunately not.Last year's winner, David Atherton, scooped first prize.
