Manchester City fans attending the Leicester game on Boxing Day will be required to have filled in their self-declaration form before arriving at the Etihad Stadium as part of new regulations.
Following the decision from the government to implement 'Plan B' measures, anyone with a ticket for City's home game with Leicester on December 26 was emailed by the club at the start of the week with a link to complete the form by midnight on Thursday.
Once at the stadium, supporters will need to be able to show proof of either their NHS Covid Pass, a negative lateral flow test taken within 48 hours of the matchday, or exemption.
