The 24 year old influencer first admitted to fans in 2021 on her social media that she had one and that it was "quite shocking" and still visible until she underwent surgery when she started secondary school.
The mum of one has now showed fans more pictures of how it looked as a youngster with more throwback pictures on her Instagram stories.
She added that her "birthmark was really birthmarking at this age" on a sweet shot of a young Molly-Mae in a frilly bonnet hat, holding her infamous Ellie the elephant soft toy.
