Hearts and Rangers battled out a goalless draw on the opening day of the Scottish Premiership season and both sides took very different outlooks from the game.
For the Jambos it was very much a positive as an impressive display pointed to a campaign that looked like it would offer so much - only for the men in maroon to nosedive with Steven Naismith sacked in September.
And they still languish at the wrong end of the table. And for Philippe Clement and the Light Blues it was a disappointing day in Gorgie in what was supposed to be a fresh start.
It's been up and - mainly - down since then as the sit in third place in the table, well off the pacesetters. Now the teams prepare to meet again, this time in Glasgow.
