WHAAA! Mattel Accidentally Lists Adult Film Site On Wicked Dolls Packaging!

Oh, no! Somebody’s getting fired for this! Over the weekend, fans who purchased one of the new Elphaba and Glinda dolls in anticipation of the upcoming Wicked movie coming out later this month got a shocking surprise!

On the back of the Mattel toys, there’s a link to the movie’s website… except it’s the wrong URL! The packaging directs customers to head to “wicked.com” for more info on the product and film.

But that’s a porn site! OMG!! On a kids toy?! Yikes! Related: Ethan Slater Says Girlfriend Ariana Grande Is A ‘Comedy Genius’  What should have been placed on the packaging was “wickedmovie.com” — a minor but VERY key difference.

Luckily based on social media commentary, it doesn’t sound like kids have stumbled onto the NSFW site yet, and we doubt they’re usually looking that closely at the fine print. (Though if any of ’em are on social media, let’s hope this viral story doesn’t get them curious.) As you can imagine, many parents are not happy with this f**k up!
