Wes Nelson is being used as bait by scammers to hoax social media users. The Love Island star, 22, shared on his Instagram stories on Thursday that he is not involved with a fake online account that is claiming to be an ITV casting page.
The former Dancing On Ice contestant asked his fans to "ignore" messages from the unverified page as it is a scam. Alongside a selfie, which the hunk had used a face distorting filter on, he typed: "Also anyone who’s received messaged from a fake 'itv casting' account claiming to send my number out please ignore you’re being scammed." The star also confirmed that he is is currently living with Love Island alumni Josh Denzel after he split from Arabella Chi during lockdown.
