Wes Nelson has been putting his self-isolation to good use and producing the kind of Instagram content we all need. The Love Island star has given us probably the slickest cereal making video we ever did see and re-watching it over and over again is so satisfying we just can’t stop.

Tagging himself in ‘Quarantine’, Wes expertly throws his keys into a bowl without even looking, slices the lid off a carton of milk with a spoon, spins a bowl in his hands without any breakages and catches coco pops in his mouth without missing.
