Wendy Williams
Wendy Williams Hunter (born Wendy Joan Williams; July 18, 1964) is an American television host, businesswoman, media personality and author. Since 2008, she has hosted the nationally syndicated television talk show The Wendy Williams Show. Prior to television, Williams was a radio DJ and host and quickly became known in New York as a "shock jockette". She gained notoriety for her on-air spats with celebrities and was the subject of the 2006 VH1 reality TV series The Wendy Williams Experience which broadcast events surrounding her radio show. She was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame in 2009.

As we’ve been following, the Wendy Williams Show alum’s team broke the news last week that she’s been diagnosed with primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia.

The two-part documentary Where is Wendy Williams?, which aired over the weekend, featured interviews from several of her close loved ones.

That included her son Kevin Hunter Jr., who got candid about how alcohol played a role in her scary diagnoses.

He said in the doc: So, so sad. Unfortunately, reports of alcohol abuse have been following Wendy for a while now. And the news of the 59-year-old’s damaged “headspace,” as Kevin referred to it, is not exactly new.
