The high court in the city heard how Patrycja had split from Czapla in June that year but was happy to allow him look after defenceless Julius.Read more.
A Scots dad who is battling inoperable oesophageal cancer has been unable to eat a solid meal in five months after losing his ability to swallow.
Donald Stewart, 44, was gobbling down a takeaway on his break at work when he realised food was getting stuck last October. The dad-of-two, from Glasgow, thought he just needed to slow down but weeks went by and the problem gradually got worse before he was only able to eat soft or mashed foods.
