Manchester United supporters have been left with mixed emotions after unearthing past tweets of incoming chief executive officer Omar Berrada appearing to mock the club.
As reported on Saturday evening by the Manchester Evening News, Berrada is set to succeed Richard Arnold as United's new CEO after agreeing for him to take on this major responsibility.
Berrarda has worked directly with City since 2011, holding various positions of power during this period, and has most recently served as the club's chief football operations officer for the Sky Blues and other sides in the City Football Group.
The 46-year-old will not be able to officially become part of the Red Devils' new setup shaped by Sir Jim Ratcliffe until the end of the current season, providing fans with plenty of time to find out more about United's latest appointment.
