'We just want them home': Grandparents of missing children 'thought to be with dad' issue emotional appeal

The grandparents of three missing children have issued a heartbreaking appeal, calling for them to be returned home 10 days after their reported disappearance.

Khalid Aljehani, eight, Aasiyah Aljehani, six, Maimunah Aljehani, four, from Wythenshawe, have not been seen by their mother Dawn Daley since July 30 - and are believed to be with their dad.

Greater Manchester Police opened a missing persons investigation on August 10. READ MORE:A two-year-old is dead and other children are struggling to breathe Detectives say they believe the kids are with a family member, which Mrs Daley believes is their father, but have not released any more details about the 'ongoing' and 'complex' investigation.

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) have confirmed they are 'in contact' with GMP and are assisting the family.
