So we’re 12 days into lockdown and some of us are coping well; others… not so much. If you’re in the latter group, pay attention because we’re sharing some tips on ways to stay motivated during your house arrest. Keep A Routine Stay as close to your normal routine as possible.
Get up early as you normally would when going to work. If you are able to work from home, start working the same time you would pre-lockdown.
Shower and get dressed before starting to work – don’t work in your pyjamas (as great as that may sound!). Stick to your normal exercise routine.
