Last week Wayne and his wife Coleen jetted off on holiday with their four sons on the last day of her High Court battle with Rebekah Vardy.
Former United and England footballer Wayne has now shared his first Instagram post in three weeks - a holiday snap of the couple with Kai, 12, Klay, nine, Kit, six, and Cass, four.
The Rooneys smiled for the camera in a courtyard on their break. Wayne, 36, captioned the photo with a raising hands, love heart and camera emoji.
