"He had a negative COVID test, but NHS 24 advised he should be seen at A&E as his breathing had gotten worse - he was a premature baby so they were being cautious."I got to A&E and we were put in a separate room due to his cough despite having a negative test, I thought 'maybe they are being overly cautious,' so that’s fine for us to wait in here."To my horror the room - marked ‘RED WAITING AREA’ - was absolutely disgusting, it had large beetles crawling all around the room."I was so horrified, in a time of COVID - in a room that’s meant to be spotless and hygienic for potential COVID.
