Mumford & Sons played an impromptu pair of pop-up acoustic shows in London last night – see footage below. After being announced yesterday morning, they played at the 420-capacity Flat Iron Square in Central London last night (March 4).
Due to the length of the queues outside the venue, they decided to play a second set to let as many people in as possible. Both sets were comprised of six songs, with the trio playing while standing atop long tables that had been pushed together into a makeshift stage.
Alongside signature songs like ‘Little Lion Man’ and ‘I Will Wait’, they played the new tracks ‘Caroline’ and ‘Rushmere’ in both performances.See fan-captured footage of the intimate shows here:A post shared by Eva Hunt Designs (@evahuntdesigns)A free surprise Mumford & Sons gig with a capacity of 400?
