The Promising Young Woman actor hosted the NBC sketch comedy series for the first time on Saturday, April 10. During her opening monologue, Mulligan spoke about the UK lockdown with her husband and their two children – Evelyn, five, and Wilfred, three – before being surprised by the Mumford and Sons frontman, who popped up in the audience.
In her hilarious confusion, Mulligan asked her partner: 'What a surprise, lovely to see you — where are the kids?' 'I left them with the Sons!
