Fears are growing for the safety of a missing pensioner who ‘may appear confused’ after leaving his Glasgow home. David Rothie was last seen at around 11.30am on Saturday March 19, at his address in Anniesland Court, off Crow Road.

The 66-year-old is described as being white, around 6ft tall and of a slim build with light coloured, balding hair.Officers do not currently have an exact description of the clothing he was wearing but say he habitually wears black jeans, a navy pullover and brown shoes.

A Police Scotland spokesperson added: “He is considered vulnerable and may appear confused.“Anyone who has any information or who believes they have seen David is asked to call 101, quoting reference 2237 of 19 March.” For the latest news and breaking news visit dailyrecord.co.ukGet all the big headlines, pictures, analysis, opinion and video on the stories that matter to you.Follow us on Twitter @Daily_Record - the official Daily Record Twitter account - real news in real time. We're also on Facebook - your must-see news, features, videos and pictures throughout the day from the Daily Record, Sunday Mail and Record Online Don't miss the latest news from around Scotland and beyond - Sign up to our daily newsletter here .
