Steven Eddies, described on the Channel Four News programme as a 'scared, confused and vulnerable man' was taken to the hospital by ambulance complaining of chest pain.
It was reported that he was pushed into an airless room by a male member of security staff, on what was one of the hottest nights of 2018, and held there for eleven hours without treatment, food or water.
