She posted a series of pictures of herself and husband Spencer Matthews looking loved up on her Instagram page early on Sunday morning.
The couple was dressed up in silly costumes, Vogue as the Pink Panther and Spencer as a tiger, in the snap which Vogue reveals was their first picture taken together.
She captioned the picture: ‘Happy Valentine’s Day to my very best friend and the love of my life @spencermatthews …. the first picture is actually our first ever snap together!
