Her duties include “a little bit of everything,” she says. “Some comedy, some fun music stuff and also celebrating all the great nominees and winners.” She’s also taken a total of 10 COVID-19 tests throughout the last few weeks to pull it all off. “I’ve had well over 10 — [it’s] constant COVID testing every two days,” says Palmer, by phone from her home in New York City, two days before the show.
