Vinted users say they have had to cancel orders over a feature on the app that has left them angry. The second-hand selling platform has become one of the leading online marketplaces for both sellers and buyers, with many using it to sell their unwanted clothes, shoes, books and household items.
Users are able to send and receive parcels via a number of different postage services available on the app, such as Royal Mail post, Evri delivery and InPost Lockers.
Currently sellers can disable certain options depending on what they have available to them. When purchasing an item, a buyer chooses from a list of available postage options.
By being able to personalise this as a seller, it means you will have more control over how you get your items to buyers. For example, someone living in a remote area may not have a postage locker close to them, so may choose not to offer that type of delivery.
