Vinnie Jones has spoken out about grief and loneliness in a bid to help fans who might be struggling. The former footballer turned actor, who lost his wife to cancer last year, spoke directly to fans enduring life without loved ones over the festive season.
Speaking on Instagram, he said: "Although it is great times for some people it's not so good for others. Just stay strong. Speak to people, if you've got some health issues, mental health issues. "If you're feeling down, if you've got grief, Strong Men is a great charity and there are other charities out there." The 55-year-old shared his own ways in which he deals with his grief, after losing Tanya Jones, 53.
