Ian Brown had claimed his young victim was lying when she told her mum he had hurt her during the ordeal between January and October in 2019.
The 35-year-old pervert’s semen was found on a pair of the girl’s pink leggings at an address in Cardenden, Fife, after the police were contacted and a major probe was launched.
But Brown claimed he has cleaned himself on them after having sex with a woman and said the child’s mother had forced her daughter to make the allegations.
