Kimberly Noel Kardashian West (née Kardashian; born October 21, 1980) is an American media personality, model, businesswoman, socialite and actress. After stumbling across a kettlebell weight in his shed, the man realises he can no longer pick it up and drags it outside to begin training, but gets put off by the doubting looks of his neighbour.
He sets up a picture frame of an unknown person in his shed as inspiration, and begins working out, shrugging off prying eyes and a worried visit from his daughter as he slowly accomplishes his goal.
The man repeatedly picks up the kettlebell and stretches it out in front of him until he is strong enough to complete the movement easily.
