Viewers ’emotionally unstable’ watching Fungie’s Kingdom documentary

As if 2020 wasn’t bad enough already Fungie, probably the most famous dolphin in the world, went missing from his home in the waters of Co Kerry.

Some say he might have gotten lonely as tours were shut down, while others say his time had simply come to leave, but whatever the case, it broke the heart of the nation.

Now Baz Ashmawy is continuing to smash our hearts into smithereens as he takes a look back at how important Fungie was to the people of Kerry, and just how loved he was with the RTÉ documentary Fungie’s Kingdom.

The documentary showed Baz travel to Kerry where he investigated the disappearance of the dolphin, after he was last sighted back in October of this year.
