nine months after the Irish public were advised to work from home for health and safety purposes.The aim of the segment was to highlight how we should sit, stand and protect our bodies while working at the kitchen table.Claire began the segment by highlighting that the number of people working from home has trebled since March 13 and she spoke to Chiropractor Lawrence Wood about the correct posture for sitting at a table not designed for working from for hours on end.Lawrence was saying that people get into the habit of having a ‘complacent posture’ which sees them starting to hunch over instead of sitting up straight.He said that for sitting correctly, ‘you have to make sure that your hips are above your knees’ and the two of them sat on.
