Victoria Mahoney, who made history with her work on Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, is in talks to direct her first big studio movie!
The filmmaker was the first woman and first person of color to have a directing position in the Star Wars franchise when she became the second unit director for Rise of Skywalker. Victoria is now in talks to direct the upcoming movie Kill Them All for Paramount Studios.
The film will be an adaptation of the graphic novel by Kyle Starks. THR reports that the project is described “as a love letter to 1990s action movies.” The story “tells of a betrayed murderess on a revenge campaign and a hard-drinking former cop who team up to take down a crime lord.
