Victoria Beckham has used her wedding anniversary to hit back at comments she and her husband have received over the years.
The former Spice Girl turned fashion designer is marking 23 years married to David on Monday (July 4). The couple met back in 1997 while David was playing for Manchester United and Victoria was enjoying life as one-fifth of the biggest girl bands of all time.
The loved-up pair then said 'I Do' just under two years later in July 1999 in a fairytale ceremony at Luttrellstown Castle. They have since become proud parents to four children; Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper Seven and earlier this year watched their eldest become a married man himself as he tied the knot with Transformers actress Nicola Peltz. Captioning the image to her millions of followers, the 48-year-old fashion designer said: "They say he isn’t funny, they say I never smile, they said it wouldn’t last." She then went on to say: "Today we celebrate 23 years being married.
