The couple, who quickly became known as Posh and Becks, already had one child, son Brooklyn, who was born four months earlier in March 1999.
They have since gone on to welcome three more children - Romeo, 20, Cruz, 18, and Harper, 11 - and their relationship was praised by viewers of David's recent Netflix series.
