The former footballing legend took to Instagram to share a photo of himself trying to relax underneath the sheets of the bed he shares with his wife.
David, 47, showed off his countless tattoos in the intimate bedroom selfie but it was all about Victoria, 48, who could be seen just over his shoulder lying down with her hair tied at the top of her head and her glasses on.
The former Spice Girl turned fashion designer appeared to be reading as they settled down for the night but that wasn't the issue for David.
