Vicky Phelan has been weighing up returning to Ireland and told her followers that she has some ‘big decisions’ to make in the coming days.
After a brief stint back home in July, Vicky is now back on American soil but sadly doctors aren’t seeing the hoped for results from her treatment.
If she signs up to the next round of clinical trials, where she’ll be one of the first patients to ever try a new drug, it will mean that she is away from her family for another six months.
The mum-of-two has said there are ‘very few options for her’ and has been spending some time exploring the local Washington sites as she tries to settle on a decision.
