Vanessa Feltz was rushed into surgery after being taken to hospital in "extraordinary pain" which she says was worse than childbirth.The veteran presenter and This Morning regular took to her Instagram on Monday morning (September 16) to update her followers from her hospital bed, sharing the details of the terrifying episode.
After having a normal Sunday lunch at her home with her daughter Saskia and grandchildren, the 62 year old said she was suddenly "doubled over in agony". "Good morning from hospital, bit of a surprise," she began. "Yesterday I was absolutely fine, completely fine and had the children - Saskia and the babies - over for lunch.
I was completely fine, not anything wrong with me at all and then suddenly I got this pain and it was just absolutely extraordinary.
I've never had anything like it and I've given birth to two children naturally, never had any pain like that in my life." Vanessa posted the video from her hospital and appeared to wearing a nightie and still had an intravenous port in her arm.
