Valerie Bertinelli happily announced this week that her divorce from Tom Vitale had been finalized, six months after she filed for separation.And now documents obtained by PEOPLE reveal that the divorce was settled and a proposed judgement was filed Tuesday. Both Bertinelli and Vitale, as well as their respective lawyers, signed off on the 12-page document.But as part of the pair's settlement, the 62-year-old actress will be forced to pay Vitale $2.2 million 'in full, final, and complete settlement and satisfaction of any and all claims between them.'
