Urgent search for missing Scots pensioner with dementia as concern grows

dementia. Lydia Burnet has been reported missing from Cowal area of Argyll and Bute and was last seen around 2.30pm today at her home north of Otter Ferry.

She is described as being white, 5ft3 and of medium build with fair hair.She was last seen wearing a brown faun coloured jumper, a knitted waistcoat with a Fair Isle multi-coloured pattern on the front and green on the back, khaki coloured cord trousers and blue shoes.Lydia's family are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.Police are urging anyone who may have seen Lydia to get in touch and also to check any sheds or outbuildings.
