An urgent appeal has been launched for a two-year-old boy who has been missing for almost a year with his dad "devastated and "so worried" for his son's safety.
Emmanuel Jonathan Biendarra has not been seen since his mum had him stay for the weekend and there are fears that he has been taken out of the country.
An urgent appeal, issued by the High Court of the UK, says Judge Mr Justice Peel is "very concerned" about Emmanuel's welfare. "Concerns for his welfare are high, and his family are missing him and wish to have him home safe and well," said the High Court in a statement.
Under court orders, Emmanuel was living with his dad in Kent. His mum, Kristina Nobis, was then allowed to have the tot stay with her over the weekend of November 3
