Ella Morgan, who shot to fame on the E4 show last year, was seen slumping over at the end of the red carpet in her stunning black corset dress, causing concern among her co-stars.
The Sunday afternoon temperatures had soared to 26 degrees Celsius, which seemed to have taken a toll on the stars as photos circulated showing Ella conversing with a medic as she took a breather near the railing at London's Royal Festival Hall.
She was spotted filling out a form held by the medic and appeared to be recovering after taking a much-needed rest in the shade.
