Marcelo Bielsa admitted he was “sad and disappointed” after Leeds were on the end of another giant killing in the FA Cup. Leeds were humbled by League Two Crawley which comes on top of recent defeats to non-league Sutton and Newport while Bielsa has yet to win an FA Cup tie in his third year at the club.
Leeds boss Bielsa said: “The result generates a lot of sadness and disappointment for us. “It’s not a question of surprise, we know the characteristics of their players and the opponents, just like every other opponent. “In the first half we played better than the opponent and the game was played how we wanted it to be played, even if we didn’t create much danger. “In the second half the game was played how the opponents wanted to play.
