Ulrika Jonsson has told why she never went to the police after being raped in 1986. The TV host, 52, who wrote about being date raped at the age of 19 in her 2002 autobiography Honest, has that she did not report the "terrifying" rape to the police as the "notion of date rape did not exist in those days." She also admitted that she is unsure if she would report the crime today, as she worries that law enforcement do not pursue rape allegations as the CPS are chasing statistics rather than justice for rape victims.
