Ulrika Jonsson has said that she "regrets" not speaking out after she was assaulted by ex Stan Collymore. The 53-year-old TV presenter has said that she wishes she had worked with domestic abuse charities after she was attacked in a Scottish pub in Paris in 1998.
Speaking candidly about the assault, Ulrika said she was "thrown to the floor' before being kicked in the head. She said that it was a "the third time in her life a man had raised his hand" to her.
Writing in her column for The Sun, Ukrika said that she had been "deeply shaken" by Mel B's Women's Aid video as it led to her to reflecting on her own experiences.
