mirror.co.ukYellow weather warnings have been put in place across parts of the UK overnight as heavy fog blankets London. The severe fog warnings were issued across eastern, southeastern and southwestern parts of the country overnight.
The Met Office has advised motorists to be extra careful across much of the east amid thick fog and mist. Warning, which were put in place from 3am, will run until 10am and could cause major traffic delays.
Brits are, meanwhile, set to be battered by more freezing temperatures this week as the UK's sunny spell draws to a close. A freezing -10C Arctic blast is set to sweep across the UK this weekend.
