It does look like the summer’s biggest music festivals will get a settled and warm start, though. Reading and Leeds Festivals, which start today and run until Sunday evening and will see Stormzy, Liam Gallagher and Post Malone play to 40,000 people, will get off to a dry start, and there’s a chance of sun at Creamfields in Cheshire.
