Brits are set to sizzle in 18C sunshine in a mini-heatwave starting tomorrow. After a largely sunny weekend - the first since lockdown restrictions were eased and allowing people in England to meet their friends for a drink or a meal outdoors - warmer weather is coming.
The mercury is set to reach 18C in the south on Monday before getting a bit colder towards the end of the week, but still remaining above 12C.
This afternoon, southern parts of England and Wales are set to remain sunny and warm with temperatures reaching highs of 16C, while Scotland is going to be cloudier, with the mercury reaching 13C.
