UK’s Insight Management & Production Hires Rachel Mathias To Head Up New Lit Department
deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: UK talent agency Insight Management & Production has brought in veteran literary agent Rachel Mathias to head up the company’s newly launched literary department.
Mathias joins after almost eight years in the Global TV Group at CAA, where she repped writers, directors, and production companies active in the UK and international space.
Before that, she worked in production, with stints at Avalon Entertainment, Raw TV and the BBC. As Insight’s Head of Literary, she will look to continue signing top writing, directing and creative talent, working closely with her clients through development of their own projects, and using her established relationships to further their ambitions.
Insight’s new department will provide bespoke management to exceptional creatives including writers, directors, and producers, alongside the company’s established roster of talent.
