An Uber Eats customer claims her food order never turned up - and says she received a cheeky message from the delivery driver instead.
Illy Ilyas ordered two burger meals and a chicken wrap, costing £14.71, from Bim's in Ilford, East London, on Saturday, and was sent notifications from the Uber Eats app to say the food was being prepared, and then another when it was on its way.
A screenshot from her phone shows the app informing her that the driver will leave the order at the door and she will get a further alert when it has been dropped off.
But rather than being left with the food she had ordered, she instead received a message simply to say: "Sorry love, ate your food" and found her doorstep empty.
