While the MCU was first conceptualized with 2008′s The Incredible Hulk, it wasn’t until 2012′s The Avengers that a fully fledged team emerged to protect the world from evil-doers.
That team was comprised of Robert Downey Jr.‘s Iron Man, Chris Evans‘ Captain America, Chris Hemsworth‘s Thor, Scarlett Johansson‘s Black Widow, Mark Ruffalo‘s Hulk and Jeremy Renner‘s Hawkeye.
The group centered the franchise as it grew over the years and played a key role in Avengers: Endgame seven years after first assembling.
